8. Suspension & Termination

• A User has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account would expose 777u to regulatory, reputational or legal risk.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method. Bonus balances are non-refundable in all circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the 777u Platform, including but not limited to the 777u brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics and marketing materials, is the property of 777u or its licenced suppliers.
